After you register your account you will be able to view your bill, sign up for autopay, or paperless, save payment info, view usage history, pay by text, etc. You can download the below detailed instructions to register for online account access.

Key in your account number-no dash and your last name (or business name) and select search. Billing history for this account will pull up for each monthly billing period, so you will need to select the box next to the correct month's billing, select "add selected bills to cart". If you need to pay more than one bill, select "I want to find more bills" and key in the account number and last name again for the second bill, then select the box next to the correct month's billing and add to cart. Follow the prompts to pay the bill. You can get a receipt by keying in your email address and can sign up for texts on this link also.
Accepted Payment Methods
There are several convenient ways to pay your MVUD bill:
AutoPay: Set up reoccurring monthly payments to pay your total due with your bank checking/savings account.
NOTE: There is no fee for this AutoPay method.

The District will not assess any fees for ACH payments or electronic check payments. However, use of a debit card or credit card will incur a processing fee. The processing fee will be assessed by Invoice Cloud for processing these transactions. Customers will be assessed a processing fee of 3% or a minimum of $3.00 per transaction when using a debit card or credit card. IVR payments will be charged the processing fee plus an additional $0.95 fee.
Please note - Many banks offer online banking services that allow for bill pay. Please understand that if you pay your bill online through your bank or another online bill payment service, Mallory Valley receives a check in the mail from the bank or payment service. Therefore, payments are considered to have been made on the date postmarked on the check’s envelope. Paying your bill online before the 1st does not guarantee that the check will be mailed in time to be considered as an on-time payment.
New Bill Pay Options
Mallory Valley Utility District is excited to announce our new electronic billing and payment system, powered by Invoice Cloud.
The new payment platform offers more payment flexibility and account management features for the customers of Fair Oaks Water District.
Even better – don’t worry about paying your bill at all! Enroll in AutoPay. Your bills will be automatically paid on the due date each billing cycle, using your default credit card or bank account. This will avoid any late fees and free you from having to remember when to pay.
Login to your account and click on AutoPay to enroll.
Pay by Text
We are excited to offer our customers another way to pay their bills. Pay by Text customers can make payments anytime, anywhere on any cell phone! Plus, customers receive text alerts when their bill is ready.
You choose when to pay. Scheduled payments are individual payments that you schedule for any date you designate prior to the bill due date. The date of a scheduled payment can be changed as long as it is adjusted before the date scheduled.
Reduce paper clutter and the need to file or shred documents. Go paperless to receive bills, reminders, and receipts via email. You will receive an email notification each time a new bill is ready for you to view and pay.
Need a reminder? Our Remind Me feature adds an alert to your calendar. You can also get email & text (optional) reminders.

Is my information secure?
Invoice Cloud uses the highest standards in Internet security. Account information displayed within the payment portal is truncated to protect confidential data. Any information retained is not shared with third parties.
Is my credit card and checking account information safe when I pay online?
Absolutely. Invoice Cloud will safely store your financial information using Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliant systems. This includes truncating (abbreviating) account numbers so that even we do not see your complete account information.
What is PCI Compliance and why is it so important?
PCI stands for Payment Card Industry, and compliance with the industry standards is a requirement for those that accept the major credit cards and for software providers who have applications which involve the transmission and/or storage of credit card information.
