Online payment processing through our customer portal will be UNAVAILABLE from 4:00 pm June 8, 2022, until you receive your July 2022 billing statement (approximately July 15, 2022).

Your customer account number will change. Your new account number and a new customer identification number (CID) will be printed on your July 2022 bill. This account number and your customer identification number (CID) will be required to setup your account portal access and payment methods.
We expect the customer portal to be available on July 15, 2022. You will be able to locate the new payment portal by visiting www.MVUD.org and selecting the “Account Access” button, which will direct you to the new portal. You will need to create a new account, using new username and password information. You will need your new account number and customer identification number (CID) to sign up for this service.
Because of the District’s commitment to assist customers through this transition, we will be suspending service disconnections for delinquent payments during the month of June 2022, and we will suspend late fees for delinquent payments in the month of July 2022. The District will resume regular practices for delinquent and non-payments immediately following these suspensions.
